Francis Darrah

Francis Darrah founded Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors in 1998 having served his retail apprenticeship covering East Anglia and East Midlands first at Healey & Baker and then at Leslie Furness. He returned to Norwich in 1993 and established a retail department as a Partner in a regional firm of Chartered Surveyors prior to setting up on his own.

Francis provides advice to the full range of the firm's clients with his specialisms including development advice and landlord and tenant work.

Carol Cooper

Carol Cooper joined Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors in April 2001 having spent seven years at Chesterton where she was part of the team which established their Norwich office specialising in High Street agency and shopping centre marketing and worked within the national retail team acting for national landlords and retailers.

Carol moved to Norwich in April 1993 from Hillier Parker (now CBRE) where she spent the majority of her five years working in the Shopping Centre Marketing team responsible for lettings within The Bentall Centre, Kingston-upon-Thames and Castle Mall, Norwich amongst others.

Graham Mackintosh - Consultant

Graham Mackintosh joined Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors in January 2005 from London based out of town retail specialists Mason Drage Ltd having previously spent eight years within the retail department of Clive Lewis & Partners (Colliers CRE).

Graham concentrates on advising clients in landlord and tenant matters and agency issues throughout East Anglia and the East Midlands and continues to represent out of town retailers on landlord and tenant matters nationally

Graham became a consultant to Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors in January 2009.

Glenda Lawes

Glenda Lawes, the linch-pin of Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors, began working for Francis in 1993 when he returned to Norwich and moved with Francis when he founded the firm in 1998.

In addition to being the Office Manager dealing with accounts, administration and secretarial duties, Glenda is the first point of contact for many of our clients.
